About Bracha
I am an HPCSA Registered Counsellor with a Bachelor of Psychology (BPsych) from the South African College of Applied Psychology (SACAP).

I believe that counselling is not about fixing people, but about creating a space where individuals can reflect, feel supported, and understand themselves with greater clarity. This facilitates a safe environment to explore various struggles, including trauma, a special interest of mine.

My training included a year-long clinical practicum within a college setting, where I supported students navigating academic pressure, identity development, relationship challenges, and significant life transitions.
I am deeply passionate about psychology, mental health advocacy, and psychoeducation. I have extensive experience facilitating workshops and group psychoeducation. I believe that knowledge, acknowledgment, and acceptance are some of the first steps to healing.

Through my Study Skills Program, I help students from primary school to university explore how to study. Empowered with the understanding of how you, as a student, learn best, navigating studying-related stressors can become that much easier.

Our work together aims to be steady, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore what truly matters to them.

If you are considering beginning counselling, that in itself is significant. I would be honoured to walk alongside you in that process.
