As an HPCSA Registered Counsellor, I offer a safe and thoughtful space for healing and growth. I work with a malleable, integrative approach, meaning I do not practise from one rigid framework. Instead, I draw on various therapeutic modalities and adapt them to best support you and your process.

My work is grounded in psychological theory and professional training, but it is always shaped around the individual sitting in front of me. I work primarily with late adolescents, young adults, and adults, supporting them as they navigate growth, identity, relationships, and significant life transitions.

In our work together, you lead the process. I sit beside you rather than in front of you. You decide where we go. I help you notice patterns, reflect on different perspectives, and explore paths that feel more aligned. The counselling space belongs to you, and I hold it with care, professionalism, and respect.

There is space to explore your emotions, experiences, and life story. Sometimes that means understanding how the past influences the present. Sometimes it means making sense of what feels overwhelming right now. And sometimes it involves learning practical tools to regulate, cope, and move forward with greater confidence.

Change does not need to be extreme to be meaningful. Small shifts in perspective, boundaries, or responses can quietly reshape your life.

Being vulnerable is not easy. But choosing to begin counselling is already a step toward yourself. And that is powerful.
